Professional and Public Liaison

This area will handle communication and coordination among various other groups with which TRCPA has contact, i.e., Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership (PDP), American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS), and others.  This focus area will act as the TRCPA representative when requested to participate in various public safety/planning committees.  At some point, this group may serve as our 'speakers bureau', helping to identify and schedule speaking engagements as needed. 

  Projects:

v   Establish formal contacts with other groups:  BOMA, ISSA, ISACA, ASIS, Pittsburgh Technology Council, Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership, Katz Graduate School of Business (Pitt), NEDRIX, and others

v   Develop a TRCPA brochure

v    Identify membership and recruiting initiatives

v   Create an internal speaker's bureau

v   Review and present sponsorship opportunities to the Advisory Committee

v   Manage job listings
