Emergency Management Kathy Criss, Group Leader
The contact and coordination point for Allegheny County and City of Pittsburgh Emergency Services, Pennsylvania Region 13 / Metropolitan Medical Response System, Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency, Local Emergency Planning Committee, Federal and other similar organizations. It is responsible for the Business Liaision / EOC activation schedule and maintenance of the TRCPA component of the Allegheny County Emergency Operations Plan.
TRCPA regularly supports and participates in local (City of Pittsburgh and Allegheny County) and regional (PA Region 13) exercises as often as possible. Because there is a definite need for communications between the public (emergency services and first responders) and private (local business community) sectors during disaster activations, TRCPA welcomes the opportunity to exercise its Business Liaison role in a test environment.
