This area of focus will complete the organizational analysis needed to develop by-laws and complete the formalization process of TRCPA. 

Projects:

v     Determine organizational structure

v     Document bylaws (once bylaws are documented, the Advisory Board and general membership approval will be sought)

v     Determine financial model

v     Determine Advisory Board meeting schedule

The initial draft of TRCPA bylaws has been completed and is now undergoing a legal review.  Once this is completed, the Advisory Board will review the draft before submission to the membership.
